WELCOME
Thanks for visiting ALTER!!  Each item is handmade with Art & Soul in Los Angeles.  We want your experience here to be the very best that it can be, and we hope to exceed your expectations!

POLICY
Our policy is to make you a happy customer, and hope that you come back and tell your friends.  

Payment
Currently "Squarespace" the company that makes our store software, just accepts credit cards at the time of checkout, and isn't capable of accepting PAYPAL or Google Wallet.  However, if you want to use Paypal or Google Wallet, you can put the items in your cart to find the total, and then just email us the items that you want.  We will email you our paypal address, and verify the total with shipping.  It's a bit of a workaround, but it will work.

CUSTOMER SERVICE
Please direct all questions and inquiries to: contact@shopalter.com. Please note that our general business hours are Monday–Friday, 11am–6pm PST when awaiting a response.

SECURITY
Your payment information is processed through secure servers and your privacy is protected.

PRIVACY
We assure you we will not share your information with anyone else.  We may use your contact information to contact you about new products, or special promotions.  If at any time, you prefer not to receive communications, you may remove yourself from the mailing list by unsubscribing.

SATISFACTION
We want you to absolutely love your purchase.  We know sometimes it is hard to purchase online because you can’t really see and feel the item.  We want you to feel confident purchasing from ALTER.

RETURNS
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to let us know you will be returning it within 2 weeks of purchase.  Once we receive the return (include return form below), we will gladly refund the item purchase amount and give you a coupon (good for your next purchase) to refund you your shipping cost.  

For your protection, please pack your return item securely and return your order with an insured track-able courier and retain your receipt.  We can not be responsible if we do not receive your package, so we recommend insuring it for the cost of the item.

QUALITY
We stand behind our products, and are happy to repair, or replace them throughout the life of the product.  After 3 months of purchase, you will be responsible for the cost of our return shipping.  If we can tell that the damage has been caused by natural wear and tear over time, or abuse, we may ask for some compensation for the repair.  

SHIPPING
Every item is handmade, so expect your item to be shipped in approximately 1-2 weeks (hopefully sooner).  Orders over $150 will be shipped through UPS.  Orders under $150 will ship priority through USPS.  If you are in a rush, please let us know when ordering and we will do our best to accommodate you.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Customs & duties are out of our control and International shipping can take longer--anywhere from 1-4 weeks.
